Beginner:
This class is for absolutely anyone of any age, shape or size to experience the many benefits of Yoga or Pilates. No experience or flexibility required. Focus is on the correct positioning of basic postures within one’s own body. Using props increases the freedom and mobility of the body while concentrating on the breath to quiet the mind.
 Intermediate:
For those looking for a more intense workout and to challenge themselves to attain the next level in their practice. Considered an intermediate class for students with prior experience and knowledge of the basic principles and postures.
 All Levels:
This class is open to all (beginners and experienced alike) who wish to move at a pace that is comfortable for them to experience. Class intensity is gauged by the instructor taking into account the overall experience level and interests of the participating students.
