Ritu Niroula

Ritu is dad joke-cracking 200 RYT and NASM PT. She enjoys talking about human
anatomy and movement.

Through her Yoga Anatomy methodology and PT knowledge, she aims to clearly explain
the what, why’s, and how’s of asana and workouts making the practice approachable for
everyone, of every level, and of every walk of life.

She says movement brings freedom and to be able to move this body without pain is the
Freedom that everyone deserves.

We are all told, “live your life to the fullest”;  she is here to do just that.

She is known for her unique creative vinyasa flows and HIIT workouts which 95 % of the
time challenges you to dig deeper.

She is currently working on her graduate degree and ran her first Boston
Marathon in 2021.

Ritu’s idea of fun is to go on a long run followed by a long bath and
lay in her favorite pose savasana on her couch all day.
